Your Child's Education

Add News

When purchasing a property it is important to consider the education of existing or planned children.

Of late there have been reports of parents actually lying about their addresses so that their child or children can go to, in their eyes, a far superior school, don’t be one of those parents. Think and research local schools before you buy. Look at the schools in close proximity to your intended purchase. Find out if their standards and education results are acceptable to you and that they meet with your child’s or future child’s religious beliefs. Arrange to meet and discuss your concerns with the School Principle.

Remember that with parents being aware of all the problems that children may encounter going to and from school the general census of opinion is that parents either take them to school or make arrangements with family or local friends to assist or share the responsibility. Whatever the choice the farther you have to travel the more it will cost. The environment will become more polluted with exhaust gasses and as your children grow older they will be the ones facing the greenhouse effect and air pollution in general.

Parents may see this as a minor point for consideration, but remember the more we all do know to reduce the effect we all have on the environment, the better the quality of life for the generations who will follow us.

Hereby endeth the lesson.
